Shipping policy
Aldric Voss ships to select destinations across Europe and North America. All timepieces are carefully packaged and dispatched through our trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be extended. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- European Union (Western Europe): 7–14 business days
- European Union (Eastern Europe): 10–20 business days
These are estimates only. Aldric Voss cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may use this number to monitor your shipment in real time through our logistics partner's tracking portal. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@aldricvoss.com.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and regulatory fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined solely by the customs authority of the destination country and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Aldric Voss has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amounts.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order to understand potential additional costs. Aldric Voss will not be held responsible for delays arising from customs inspection or clearance.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order placement. Aldric Voss is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you identify an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@aldricvoss.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address prior to dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed.
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us at support@aldricvoss.com within 7 days of the reported delivery date and we will investigate with our logistics partner. Resolution may take up to 21 business days. Aldric Voss is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
