Refund policy
At Aldric Voss, we are committed to delivering an exceptional ownership experience for every timepiece we offer. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. We encourage you to read this document carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The timepiece must be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of use, scratches, or alteration.
- All original packaging, including the watch box, cushion, documentation, warranty card, and any accompanying accessories, must be included in full.
- The watch must not have been resized, adjusted, or serviced by any third party.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Timepieces that have been worn, used, or show any signs of wear beyond initial inspection.
- Watches that have been altered, engraved, resized, or customized at the customer's request.
- Items returned without original packaging or with missing components.
- Purchases made using promotional codes or during final-sale events, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Gift cards or store credit vouchers.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Care team at support@aldricvoss.com within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number, the reason for the return, and photographic evidence if applicable.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions.
- Returns submitted without an RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their own expense.
- Securely pack the timepiece in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable, insured shipping method. Aldric Voss is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a courier service that provides full tracking and insurance coverage equivalent to the value of the timepiece. Aldric Voss will not be held liable for loss or damage occurring during return transit.
5. Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Aldric Voss will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees paid by the customer are non-refundable, as these are charged by government authorities and fall outside our control.
- Refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us at support@aldricvoss.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. In such cases, Aldric Voss will cover the full cost of return shipping and will offer either a replacement unit (subject to availability) or a full refund, at the customer's discretion.
7. EU Consumer Rights
Customers located within the European Union are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Aldric Voss voluntarily extends this period to 30 days as a commitment to customer satisfaction. EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
8. UK Consumer Rights
Customers in the United Kingdom are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which grants a minimum 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases. Aldric Voss extends this period to 30 days. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
